Closer to the date I will confirm but I am pretty keen. Getting married saturday week, but that shouldn't change much! probably with two or three extras too, Shooter, Barnjack, Robbo5 and myself! keep us posted!

Congratulations guys! Enjoy your big day. Hope all goes great for you, and that pesky rain doesn't spoil the pics.

I am looking at meeting up at Lower Light about 7.30am and travelling to Pt Vic on the York to travel down to Hardwick Bay for lunch. Then head down to Marion Bay to get on to the coast road and travel along that to Edithburg. Planing on getting home about 7pm. This is a rough idea about the day we may start earlier or finish later. Its still in the planing stage at this time. The last time i did this trip it took 9hrs going steady and no lunch stop I was on my own. I left home at 7.00am `and got home at 4.00pm with a few stops for photos and drinks. You are welcome to come along and bring your daughter too.

Where is Lower Light???? As we are from N.S.W,not sure where this place is to meet up as we are coming up from Aldinga Beach.Wilkat

Hey Wilkat,
Lower Light is north of Adelaide near Dublin. A bit of a hike from our end of town but if you like we can meet you down south first , say Colonnades Carpark near the Commonwealth Bank probably about 6 then meet up with the others at Lower Light by 7.30.

No Worries there mate I have been looking at some maps of the northren Yorke this last week and found some more tracks that could be interesting to look at on another trip over that way later in the year.

A nice drive south out by Cape Elizabeth, Moonta way has some fun sandhills to go play in. You can get all the way south to Point Pearce on the dirt/sand.

Hi Karen(Ekki),
That sounds like a good plan, but will confirm nearer to date.
At this stage all a goer to meeting you at the Colonnades carpark for this trip,we want to try to get as many trips (wifes work permiting) that we can while in SA,before going back to NSW.

Hey Wilkat if you want to see some of SA while you are here. I have some knowledege of tracks that can be done in a day Not all 4wd tracks but back dirt roads that go to some very nice areas of the state. I also know some great places that have great histroy and helped this state in the early years to become a great state.

Hi Shane,
Sounds great,we dont just do 4wd tracks, but also do scenic drives.
So the more dirt back rds to know about would be good, thanks.
I did a 4 hour dirt track drive today, going up the back of Willunga going towards Kuitpo Forest.
Didnt know where the hell I was most of the time, but by sticking to mainly dirt tracks, saw some great views, would be good when sunny, but at least I got the car muddy!!
