Club's on Mid Nth Coast

Does anyone know of any 4x4 club's in Taree ???
I don't mind 4wding one my own and do it all the time as most my mate's that have 4x4's live the Blue Mountains. I just think it would be more fun and maybe safer for the family if there more 4x4's with us.
I'm not real sure about club's in the way they that they like to play owner of the track's, but am willing to try.
Or if there's any forum member's in the area that wouldn't mind a tag along. I have a 14yrs 4wding under my belt and a capable 4x4.

Another good spot over that way is the Riverside Caravan Park at Glouster, it's a nice park situated adjacent to Glouster Tops National Park, and it also has some simple to extreme (maybe not extreme, but very difficult) four wheel drive tracks up the mountain with access from the park itself.

Looking for travelling, com pats as well . Kempsey home base .Maybe org a trip to suss compatibility. Not into leader shit as well ,me and the misses like a good time and a drink ( not piss heads ) . The other half is a little bit , no a lot scared of even mounting the curb . But am educating her , little by little . Have done a fair amount of 4wd ing in my 45yrs . Have a new nissan cab chassie ( modefied ) am waiting on using up the factory tyres so I can up grade . My only draw back at the moment . Love to do a trip to Barrington Tops, one day again . Was there 15 yrs ago and loved the place . Hard driving , with step shit . Look in maps and there is a spot on the Armidale road that could be fun, black diamond .Other than that I think Kempsey has a club but have not sourced them out as their area far-few dick heads running around in 4Bys here . Talk latter .

I just got back from my week's holiday. I've just read the last couple of post's, and I'm sorry fella's but guess where I went ???
Barrington. I spent 5 night's at a camp ground called Ferndale. It was great, camping on the Chichester river using it as our base and doing day drive's up into the mountain's. I will deffinently be going back.
One of the track's had a bog hole which I swamped my 4x4, I have now got stinky wet carpet after 4" of water coming in. Apart from that the whole family had a great week.

No I didn't know there was a landrover club out there.

This was a wile ago !Western side . If you went over the river and came up the other side it was on private propriety . T he last time I was there the owner had stopped access . Any help ????
