hello

updating files as im not happy with what and how it truned out so the changes so far are it will be all one piece and will need to be folded by a sheet metal worker and still lazer or water jet cut

this is the new piece so far

if i run in to a problem in mounting ill post it here and fix the cutting the files:D:D

Whats the total cost when finished?

Ill be looking into making a full length for my pajero nh down the track

Well arrr funny u say that total so far for this one $zippo just time
Got it cutout at work if I went some where else prob about $100 maybe more for the steel I'm using 3.6mm steel sheet

Yep I hate paying for the little thing like this I could of charge $50 bucks easy for the time I put in on these files
Yeah thats right, theres not many people left in the world like you...
Everyones out to make money for themselves which is ok.

But its good to have that one person that thinks "you know what im gonna design this and share it with everyone.

update im going to need to change the file as of some problems i run into to day will update them tomorrow

hello

ive been designing a bash plate on solid-work 2010 ver for the past couple of weeks and here is the out come of that ive made it so i can bend it at home and weld it to all i need to do is fold it and make a design for the ribs that will lock in place and then weld the off clean them up and powder coat red:D here is a link to the files for cutting
as im unsure of the angles yet but they will lock into two holes each

and after i got them cnc laser cut



note this is upside down and back the front
how did you go , Have you got any photos of it fited and folded.

I don't think you will have any luck.
This thread is 7 years old and just someones thought / plan to build one
