I have an auxilary fuel tank in the head board and i need to plumb it into the main tank.

Question is. Can I Tee into the main tank breather line, or do need to weld a separate inlet to the filler pipe.?

I had that setup on my last vehicle and it worked just fine and is foolproof. I used to drive off my main tank until empty and then open the tap on the second tank and it would slowly refill my main tank as I drove. Doing it that way you always know how much fuel is left

Same here, 160 litre tank in the box in the back, tap and gravity fed into a T in the breather line when required, just use compressed air fittings
