anyone know of camping on condamine river or simuilar on the darling downs or somewhere for a quick few days away

The one I know is on the Condamine River about 1 hour due west of Dalby. Just after you leave Dalby you go straight instead of following the main road. I would need to look on the maps again. It could be closed for camping, I haven't been their for years.

Try Bigriggin Camping ground i think the tread from the trip we did there is still up on the SE Qld Trips section was quite nice, was pretty cheap to camp as well
