Nope. Services no longer needed. Seems requiring cadets to spell properly isn't high on the priority list. I may have made too much of a fuss ... oh well, I'm happy farming.

and guess what? Yep i'm going to pull out. I was all set for this and I got a call out of the blue from my step sister and I havent seen her for near on 18 yrs. Anyway, she knows the whereabouts of my brother (who's very mentally handicapped) and they want to see my and put the past behind us. I know I am full of excuses with this Dave and trust when I say I was looking forward to this, but I think this is way more important. I trust you'll all have a good time and I am jealous of you guys going. take heaps of photo's and I will do more than try really hard to go on the next trip.

hi jack time


anyone around the A.C.T. Have a set or know of a set of standard hilux rims for an 1987 hilux that i may borrow for rego purposes

apparently the ones on the hilux that me and a mate have been fixing up for him are too big

30/9.5x15's are what are on it but were one of the things we got knocked back on our first attempt to get it rego-ed

Well, isn't it amazing! The weekend of the meetup (this coming Sunday) will be wet. Although I've travelled the Brindies in the rain it's not an adventure I advise for ... uummm ... beginners.

So, unless conditions improve this trip is cancelled. I'm still happy to meet and say g'day but ripping up muddy tracks isn't in the plan. Blame AGW.

Sounds fair to me, and to be honest almost works out perfectly for me. It's my daughter's birthday Sunday, so it was looking doubtful I could make it.

Any chance it can be rescheduled?

I'm really hoping to go for a drive through the area some time.

should be rather interesting its currently inline with the sun middle if the day aim a camera at the sun carfully move it around and the flares will match up to the latest planet in our system

i'm good to go out the weekends of 7/8 or 14/15 dec at the moment ............

might also be able to get my mate rob to bring the hilux out for it's first run in the bush since we got it

I'm heading in with a few work mates on Friday arvo if anyone wants to camp? We are not doing much, camping Friday night at flea Creek them probably play in mud at the mud flats under the lines on Saturday morning.
