I also saw on the ABC news tonight an eye witness (for what it's worth) claim the driver was on crutches and had difficulty getting out of the ... car. Seems to me he shouldn't have got in in the first place. gawd ...
Why shouldn't he drive? He had a Disabled Sticker!! (True).
