2022 BT50 - Tyre Upgrade

Hi all,

Looking to get a set off road of tyres for a 2022 BT50.

Tossing up between 31s and 33s. Would love the extra clearance but also conscious of stress on driveline components.

Have any members had the chance to outfit their 2021 / 2022 (Isuzu / Mazda) BT50s with 33? If so would love to hear your thoughts.

32’s (265 70 17) are the go if you just want to get the job done. They fit, they are legal, they clear everything and they won’t wreck your front end and driveline. 33’s don’t fit on the factory mags without spacers and a lift, but they look awesome for ruling the streets If that is your motivation.

Thanks for that. Will look into a set of 32s on a set of steelies. 33s would look cool no doubt and be a bit better off road, not to keen on the incremental performance and handling loss that comes with larger tyres.
