hi guys,

I hope my car is going to be done today from dyno so i can see you guys Sunday.

I'm driving a Nissan Patrol GU 2003 with many accessories.
And one of my friends are coming as well but he will be with me in the car.

Can I expect big competition or normal driving all day?
whats the plans for launch BBQ or Sandwiches?

can i have your mobile number because its a hour and a half drive to there because i might run a tad late.
Or this is my number 0433551949 Toni.
My english isn't that good, my son is writing for me HAHAH
But i cant speak a little enlgish
That leave before 7:30 im not that bad with english :))))))

we are just making sandwiches and bringing as we want to make the most of the time and return back at a good time too.

hey all,

i doubt ill be online for the rest of today. gotta get things ready.
see you all BP longwarry nth at 7ish.

Should be on channel 19 unless there is alot of traffic on that channel.

ill study the map quickly tonight too with the tracks provided by Davidman (thanks for that).

the actual tow bar didnt come off. Sipka (Toni) had a 'U' shaped hitch on the tow bar which snapped of and went flying when he tried to snatch the GU that was stuck. Actually i think it was the bolt that gave way.

The bolt that broke, was it the bolt in the reciever thats is part of the shackle? Was it a rated shackle if thats the bolt you ment?

Looked llike a massive effort by everyone on the recovery!

Ill let Sipka answer as am not sure.

yeah mate...massive effort but we all should have listened to 4wheelnuts as it was his idea to double winch. 3hrs+ took abit of a toll.

Hi boys,

the screw had ripped off from the U tow bar. He was really stuck and my car has 1112 torque and 150kw on a wheel, so i gave it a lot and to much pressure and it ripped.

Im organizing a trip from Jamieson on 10 - 11 September to sheep yard flat

Soon im going to put the details about the tracks and where were going to sleep saturday night.
