You could try a can of LIQUI MOLY Diesel airintake decarboniser..cost about $30 at Super cheap autos and it does work..Best thing you dont need to pull ya inlet manifold off..just need someone to be on the throttle @ 2000rpm a good sense of instructions and off you go, For really bad soot yeh...

G'day, Any one out there know where I can get a bash plate for the fuel tank on a 2014 Isuzu MUX?? It seems every one sells Armour for radiator through to transmission but not fuel tank protectors..o_O:(

Just fishing for info on where one can get bash plate to suit fuel tank on Isuzu MU-X..Most spares sites have Armour for radiator through to Transmission but cannot find a bash plate to protect the fuel tank... Any links???

finished catch can job...$ 99 catch can autobarn on sale , $15-$20 in bits n bobs.... lets see how it goes:D

Finally sorted it out...just grabbed a SAAS baffled catch can and fits almost like factory..couple of elbows for pipe and one 6mm drain barb @ drain port .. fairly well made item 3 x baffles and filter media servicable,,,can add air vent filter if require..but hey not racing a quarter mile in...

any model numbers on the HPD ?

so what would you suggest? I was looking at the SAAS autobarn models baffled and gauze filter???

G'day , any one out there installed a catch can on 2012+ D-max or MU-X? Not much room and Ol mate Provent is too big to squeeze in both height and width. Would love to get some links , photos etc... I have seen a mock up provent 100 on ebay but not to keen...o_O Cheers Shauno

4wd supacentre Berklee ( domin8or s/s 3" with highflo cat about $700 and you can use Zippay if ya dont have the bucks...easy to install took me around 2-3 hrs (inc smoko and coffee breaks) good sytem and my Ranger loves it..Legal and what a performance enhancer the engine can now breathe out...

easy to find one for the PK Ranger but like a bloody needle in a haystack for Isuzu

here we go again.... Bout to put a new head unit and reverse camera into the missus 2014 MU-X. So I have a camera with two plugs one for the rca lead with reverse trigger wire on both ends and the second with the camera power wires. I will splice the power wires into the appropriate reverse...
