    Are automatic`s dangerous off road?

My auto runs away downhill and jumps into 2nd gear ... If I let it ... Coz thats the selector design. The change to second is no big deal in low range tho ... otherwise I would have an over-ride switch for the solenoids ... like I had in the first one. So I wonder if the furphy ... about...

Sheeeesh ..... How long is a piece of string ... :D "Easy" ... would be well within your capabilities imho, and .... "Newby" ought to just be, several gentle intros to, not too steep or long slopes, not too deep water, a bit of soft stuff .... which is all handy to appreciate the need...

New Rules and Regulations in NSW

Drawers, Cargo barrier and Child seats

Cargo Barriers are not a required item in a vehicle. It is required though - that sellers of these things make them to a standard. Cargo barriers are no more than some 20mm SHS and 25mm mesh. They are bolted in with presumably high tensile bolts ... well they should be because any pressure on...

Well, I'm confused  ....... The vehicle that is in the photo provided by Sambarton at the start of this thread is a 1998 Ford Explorer. The Explorer was the Ford U.S. replacement for the Ford Bronco II ... and was a larger vehicle making it a mid to large sized vehicle ... and with...

    FORD EXPLORER.....are they any good....

Should be more than adequate for general use ... deciding factor will be your ability in regard to servicing and sourcing components from places other than a Ford dealer here in Aust. Since you have a Jeep - you will know what I mean ;) How do you figure that ... Looks just like a prado /...
