Hi mate, would you cruiser by any chance be a 70 series? If so, could you help me out? I've just received my Glind unit and wanted to install it, just not too sure which heater hose to connect.. Any pictures explaining it would be hugely appreciated.

Good idea using the winch, I'm sure it could easily be done. I've never used the legs before, just seen reviews and videos online which appear to be fairly simple and painless to use, but videos can be deceiving I guess.

Hi mate, yeah time will tell, but my current ute is used a ute regularly, so I based my decision off that. They are super convenient, I'll be making mods to it continually, looking forward to the first trip in it. Cheers, James

Hi mate, thanks. Yeah I was thinking of putting it against the headboard or inside the canopy against the headboard end, but if it's fine under the tray then I'll leave it there for the time being. I can always modify the inside of the canopy at a later date and mount the wheel there if needed.

Hi Aaron, Thanks for those points. The entire canopy including the roof rack is made out of aluminum, will definitely shorten the roof rack. There's no reason why I wouldn't have it under the tray, doesn't really affect my clearance, I was actually thinking of removing the spare wheel holder...

Hi Guys, Just a quick update. Ended up going with ARB Summit Bar, Smittybilt X20 Gen 2 Winch and Old Emu suspension kit including a 2" lift. All that's left at the moment is choosing tyres! Thanks for all your help, can't wait to see the rig setup with all this new gear :D Cheers, James
