I think what @Lost1? meant was the increased popularity in offroad vehicles has increased the number of domestic travellers leading to an increase in the "minority" trouble makers.

I have to agree. I saw the same issue back in Africa (where I am from). As more and more people got access to offroad vehicles the problem got worse. To the point some places started allowing only members of registered 4x4 or recreation clubs.

You will certainly enjoy it. On a clear sky day Lake Gaidner is amazing at Sunset.

@Les PK Ranger @4Tunner @discomatt If we were to do the track starting from Renamrk I noticed on the map the track goes into the Murray Sunset NP and then gets back to running parallel with the border. Have you done this stretch? How long does it take to do this all the way to Bordertown?
