Lorella Springs Station is along the Savannah Way when you take the dirt roads. Best to spend a couple of days here (or weeks if you prefer) particularly if you like soaking in warm spring water, 4WDing, Fishing .......

The amenities are basic but do have flushing toilets and hot showers (you have to light the fire to get a hot shower) along with a bar come meeting place.

I found Lorella Springs a great place to do something or nothing at all. The folk there are friendly and the yarns wild and colourful.

If you don't mind roughing it a bit, this is a great place.

The roads from Booroola are unsealed and dusty - not a challenging 4WD experience (you can have all the challenging 4WD experiences you want on Lorella Station). Would not bring the caravan unless it is built for off-road.
