Campsite Description
Kendells B ( The Boys) is a great spot to enjoy the North side of the Cathederal ranges. It is an easy 1.5 to 2 hr trip over the Black spir from Melbournes East up through Buxton and Tagerty. Plenty of easy to Moderate 4X4 Action and room for the dirt bikes as well. However if you like a fish, we caught rainbow trout the weekend we were up, and plenty to do in terms of walks and bike rides. Did I mention the serenity....
It Is a logging site in the area so you need to be aware of the traffic generated by this, but I have found the truckies to be respectful road users and are happy share the road with you. UHF 39 is the channel the logging traffic use to communicate with each other on.
I take my Jayco Swan OB in there and never had a problem.
