Really nice place just over an hr from Sydney http://www.glenworth.com.au/ quite a few campsites along the creek. Nice shallow crystal clear creek for the kids to splash in. Fresh drinking spring water from a number of taps spread around the campsites. Flushing toilets and warm showers. Plenty of activities to pay for and participate in or just relax and enjoy the beautiful location. This is a working horse farm so of a night the horses are set free in to alternating paddocks. We were lucky enough to have some hundred odd horses roaming our camping grounds, which was a great experience for us and the kids. This doesn't happen all the time as they have several other paddocks but it was just lucky timing for us. all in all it is run by friendly people and a great getaway really close to Sydney.
Not for recreational 4x4 driving though as the trails are used for horse riding and vehicles aren't permitted along the these trails.
