Burrum Point

Campsite Description

Visitors need a 4WD vehicle to access camping areas. Walking track entrances are accessible by conventional vehicles. Camping permits for all campsites must be booked in advance—online, over-the-counter or by phone. Boating, canoeing and fishing are popular activities on the Burrum and Gregory Rivers, between the Woodgate and Burrum River sections of the park. Designated walking tracks are provided in the Woodgate section only (Banksia track, Melaleuca track, Birdhide walk and Russell’s rest track).
