3inch Mandrel exhaust worth the money

hey kinda new to this forum thing
but i have got a 2.4l 95 hilux and have got extractors on it already
i was thinking of an exhaust thinking something like 2.5 inch mandrel or 3 inch mandrel but not sure whats best for my car. just wondering if i could get some opinions on what would be best

To be honest a 2 inch exhaust would be more than ample unless it's turbo charged.

On naturally aspirated engines (no turbo or super charger) you can have an exhaust that is too big and will in fact decrease torque down low.

I have an '04 Hilux, standard everything power-wise cept a snorkel. Wondering what the best value for money things i can do to it are to increase both power and fuel economy? i hear you can't really increase both at the same time?
I'm thinking of the possibility of bigger exhaust/diesel-gas/aftermarket turbo? I've increased tyre size from factory and am running 32.4" and getting around 12.5L per 100. Any ideas?
