    Good luck...

As someone who has worked at a caravan park for the last 3.5 years, you've got some long days, some long conversations with people and a long time without time off...

Are you going to live on the park and manage it, or are you getting managers in to run it?

How many sites is it/how many acres is it?

Mate a little different to most parks, more like we bought a sea change, will be managing it as its only small about 80 sites all up and only flat out Xmas and Easter, the rest of the time it's relatively quiet, no permanents at all.
It's at a place called Cape Jaffa look it up.

It was my special blend, lovingly handcrafted and aged in an oak barrel over several years.

And disposed of by a bunch of drunk misfits on a matter of minutes!

The only thing that ticked me off was that group were so hammered they wouldn't have known the difference between my rather nice port and camel pee.

But, the barrel has recovered and is maturing a new batch. And @Grumpy has promised us free camping in perpetuity by way of compensation :p

@Chatty you should be grateful you got the barrel back, it could have been auctioned off you know?
And the trouble with good port in it is so hard to know when to stop especially when it has taken full effect. Even with bad port I sometimes find it hard to know when to stop unless reminded.

Well hello all it's been quite a while since I ventured here but I can certainly say that both Deb and myself along with some other members have not been idle for many minutes at the park as it was left quite run down since we said we would buy it, I can assure everyone that it is now a picture of health after many weeks of TLC from us all.
A big thanks for all who pulled up their sleeves and helped out.

Well done with the purchase. If you ever get bored with the scenery you could pop into Sunland ;).
Actually I'll be playing around little dip in 2 weeks, do you have any 4x4 Earth stickers at the desk?
