Did the standard shocks have enough travel in them?

Hi did you get the Dobinson full suspension kit ? We want to lift the suspension on our PX Ranger but without having to buy the full kit :)

Buy a full kit, the stock shocks are not great and you really need lengthened shocks with lifted springs.

Hi Guys, I have a PX XLT Ranger, does anybody know if 16" alloy's fit? Quickfit told me no, XLT's have bigger brakes but I don't believe that.

Thanks Mac Man. I thought that was the case but got duped by the shop... Bought a set of 17's, but I need a spare so at least I know I can just get any old 16" as a spare (with a decent + offset anyway).

    Rims and tyres

I have put a set of Allied Black Mumba's on mine (17x8 + 30) with 285x70s on them, I have a 2" suspension lift and it looks good, sticks outsite the fender about 2cm and does not rub at all

I have had them on for over 12 months. Never rubbed once. The tyre size is not extreme fora vehicle this size. The wheel wells are huge compared to other dual cabs.
