Easy camp oven Chilli Mussels

    Ingredients

    Box of frozen mussels
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 onion diced
    Olives
    Dried chilli flakes
    Garlic
    Thyme
    Basil

    Method

    Fry off garlic, onion and olives. Add canned tomatoes, chilli and herbs. Throw the mussels in and a can of water, let simmer for 10 minutes. Enjoy
